HOW DO I BOOK?

-CALL OR TEXT 773 998-2508 DURING THE HOURS OF 9AM-5PM AND SAY HEY I’M READY TO BOOK

*YOU ARE NOT BOOKED UNTIL THE CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT ARE RECEIVED AND YOU ARE SENT A CONFIRMATION TEXT FROM MANAGEMENT. We highly encourage customers to view the venues before booking the venue so you can get a clear understanding of how the venue looks and to ensure the venue is feasible for the event you are trying to have. We are not responsbile or liable for you not veiwing the venue before booking and we will not issue a refund if you are not satisfied with how the venue looks.

-ARE THERE ANY MORE TABLES AND CHAIRS?

 EVERYTHING THAT YOU SEE IN THE VENUE RIGHT NOW IS ALL THE FURNITURE THAT WILL BE THERE THE DAY OF YOUR EVENT. YOU ARE RESPOSIBLE FOR PULLING OUT AND PUTTING BACK ANY EXTRA TABLES OR CHAIRS THAT YOU WILL NEED FOR YOUR EVENT. YOU CAN ALSO BRING OTHER TABLES AND CHAIRS IN IF YOU WOULD LIKE BUT YOU CAN NOT LEAVE THEM AT THE VENUE, YOU MUST TAKE THEM WITH YOU OR HAVE THEM PICKED UP BY THE END OF YOUR EVENT ( NO EXCEPTIONS)

 

HOW DOES IT WORK IF I NEED THE FURNITURE MOVED?

-YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MOVING THE TABLES AND CHAIRS AROUND HOWEVER YOU WOULD LIKE THEM SETUP AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MOVING THE TABLES AND CHAIRS BACK THE WAY THEY WERE WHEN YOU FIRST ARRIVED. OUR STAFF WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MOVE THEM FOR YOU.

 

WHAT COMES WITH THE RENTAL?

- ALL THE AMMENTIES THAT ARE LISTED ON THIS WEBSITE COMES WITH YOUR RNTAL. WE ONLY PROVIDE 1 ROLL OF TISSUE, 1 DISPENSER OF HAND SOAP AND 3 LARGE GARBAGE BAGS PER RENTAL, ANYTHING OUTSIDE OF THAT YOU MUST BRING YOURSELF.

 

HOW DOES THE CLEANING PROCESS WORK?

-YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING UP AFTER YOUR EVENT WHICH INCLDUES SWEEPING, WIPING DOWN THE TABLES, TAKING THE TRASH OUT AND REARRANGING THE FURNITURE BACK IN PLACE,

*IF YOU DONT WANT TO CLEAUP UP YOURSELF, YOU CAN PAY A $100 CLEANING FEE FOR THE CLEANING PERSON TO DO IT FOR YOU

 

WHAT IS THE TIME FRAMES I CAN BOOK?

- WE ONLY HAVE A 1-7PM TIMESLOT OR A 8PM-2AM TIMESLOT, ANY OTHER TIMESLOTS REQUESTED WILL HAVE TO BE DISCUSSED WITH MANAGEMENT

-YOU GET 6 HOURS FOR YOUR EVENT, 1 HOUR TO SETUP, 4 HOURS FOR YOUR EVENT AND 1 HOUR TO CLEAN UP

 

AM I ABLE TO DECORATE?

-YES, BUT NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI IS ALLOWED AND YOU CAN ONLY USE DOUBLE SIDED TAPE. YOUR DECORATOR MUST PICK UP ALL OF THEIR BELONGINGS BY THE END OF THE EVENT, THEY CANT LEAVE ANTHING AT THE VENUE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

AM I ABLE TO COME IN EARLIER BEFORE MY TIMESLOT TO HAVE EXTRA TIME FOR DECORATING?

-YES, IT IS $100 EACH ADDITIONAL HOUR YOU NEED BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED TIME SLOT IF THERE IS AVAILABILITY.

AM I ABLE TO BRING MY OWN SECURITY FOR MY EVENT?

-NO, YOU CAN'T BRING YOUR OWN SECURITY GUARDS, WE PROVIDE  THE SECURITY GUARD FOR YOUR EVENT. EVERYONE, REGARDLESS OF GENDER OR AGE IS SUBJECT TO BEING SEARCHED

What If I need to cancel my event?

You may cancel your event but your deposit or any money that you have paid towards your event is non-refundable regardless of the situation including covid. You can reschedule your event within 1 year of your original rental date but the total balance must be paid before you are given a new date or if your event has be paid in full, there will be a $100 Rescheduling fee befoe you can rebook.
